VBS, also known as Vacation Bible School, is a week adventure for kids to get messy, silly, play games, eat snacks, create crafts, sing songs, make friends, and most of all, learn about Jesus. I get upset when someone knocks VBS because I’ve seen the impact. I’ve heard speakers, missionaries, and pastors speak about how they first heard about Jesus at VBS. Their experience changed them, especially when so little at the time gave them hope.
As a worker, it’s exhausting, but so much fun. This year has been exceptional.
