Character Confession: Yes, I Really Glued my Fingers Together
It’s my day to share a piece of my life through a meme called Character Confession.
Yes—I drew a parallel between our leaking, draining pool and my energy
Yes—I’m proud of my child implementing a new mindset concerning their daily schedule
Yes—I had a blast teaching the Clever Clams for VBS
Yes—It still gets me every time a child raises their hand to say a prayer to ask Jesus to be their BFF
Yes—I prefer working with children
Yes—My house is a mess
Yes—I’m wearing sandals with a broken strap and a worn out bottom lining
Yes—I tried a new coffee flavor and didn’t hate it
Yes—I really did glue my fingers together today
Yes—I could use prayer before and on July 7
Yes—I’m writing fiction and loving it
Yes—I get the call on my life includes sacrifices that break me on a frequent basis
Yes—I love when I get gas before the prices rise
Yes—I like the Smart Balance milk that is fat free but tastes like 2%
Yes—I love the dress our daughter will wear for her sister’s wedding
Yes—I believe all things are possible through faith in Christ
Yes—I believe most of us live in the puddle when the ocean is ten feet away
Yes—I want to spend a chunk of my summer poolside reading
Yes—The above isn’t happening for about 20 reasons, leaking pool being the biggest
Yes—It is hard saying goodbye
Yes—It is hard starting anew
Yes—It’s hard to love like Jesus
Yes—I plan to nap and have a squirt gun fight later today.
