New! Featured Video of the Week—Dog Tags by Heidi Glick
This post is mainly designed for subscribers, and long overdue. I appreciate you subscribing, and I don’t want to take that for granted. I might not write about it, but you’re on my mind.
A lot.
A month or so ago I switched templates to match my chocolate brand. I tend to use Jinsona designs, and he’s brilliant. My problem is sometimes his best creations are for gamers. I love my new look, but my name looks like an anime font that I can’t change, and the menu isn’t friendly to edit.
But, I think the good outweighs the bad.
I love the deep chocolate look, and I love the wide screen that scrolls recent posts.
I also have a featured video sidebar that I decided needed to be utilized and promoted.
I gave a call out to fellow authors with ACFW (American Christian Fiction Writers) and asked if they had book trailers. These are visual ways to promote their work and are often found on YouTube. Marketing books is as tough if not tougher than writing the actual book. By featuring their video, hopefully readers are interested and will buy their books, and I’m using a neat part of my website.
