Character Confession: God Help Us All

I’m posting ahead so let’s hope as you read this I’m recovering well from surgery and that my confession doesn’t involve any words like wimp, frazzled or anything else negative!

I do have a word for today.

I include myself in this generalization but I’m sad when I see the world consistently make choices that look good short term but have eternal consequences that affect absolutely everyone around them. Social media gives so much exposure to great news but it also gives my eyes a view of a fallen world that dips a little lower with each Tweet or update.  Things that I hold very dear to me are thrown away, mocked, ignored or simply not even known to exist in the first place.

God help us all.
