Character Confession: Still
Each Saturday I share a Character Confession from Noelle Mena’s Pliable in His Hands meme. Today I chose still.
You could go two ways with that word.
1. I’m being still. For this season God has me slowing down and stepping back. I’ve had a lot of pain that reminds me of pre hysterectomy so that is getting checked out. It’s another reason to be still. I have projects I know I’m supposed to do and I’ve said no to everything else. I’m doing housework that must be done and the extras…not for me, not now. I need to be in the Word more, but working on the still part.
2. Using the word still. Still waiting for loneliness to completely lift. Still waiting for the snow and cold to end. Still enjoying the Kindle. Still loving real books. Still writing. Still wondering about ministry direction. Still nervous about releasing children as God directs. Still praying for people I love.
