My Voice, Revealed
When I started college, I took a class that I absolutely loved. Radio. I loved the history. I hated the editing. I loved the re-creations we would do complete with props.
Then I got cast as Tiny Tim.
Why?
At 19, I was told I sounded like a little kid.
I knew before that my career wasn’t in radio, but darn my non radio voice. ‘
I did some PSA (public service announcement work) back in my office days, and now interviews are starting as I launch the marketing aspect of my life as a soon-to-be published author. My voice sounds a little more grown up, but I have a feeling most wouldn’t know I’m 44.
