Are you thankful now that the pie is gone and the parade over?  It's easy for me to forget, especially when Thanksgiving seems later in the month, making Christmas that much closer.

I'm thankful because our Christmas shopping is 90% done.  It's a busy season but not overwhelming. I'm looking forward to taking the time---MAKING the time---to remember what the season is truly about.

Here's a great way to start: Advent Devotionals.  This is provided by Christianbook.com and I learned about it from Empowering Christian Women.
